A time of rest each day is essential to my health and well-being. For physical rejuvenation, I remember to practice the simple act of taking deep, conscious breaths throughout the day. With each breath, I envision every cell of my body being filled with love.
For mental restoration, I practice mindfulness. When I am fully present to even the smallest task, I give my mind a break from dwelling in the past or future. For spiritual renewal, I practice time in the Silence, allowing Spirit’s peace to fill my heart and replenish my soul.
When I make time to care for my whole self—body, mind, and spirit—I feel invigorated and inspired to fully embrace each moment of this precious and amazing life.
