God works in mysterious ways and through many people to comfort me. When I turn to the Bible for comfort, it's amazing how many times it opens to a passage that answers my need. I may be wondering if others truly value me, and then I receive unexpected phone calls or letters from people who tell me how much I have meant in their lives. And when I desire guidance or a helping hand, someone always seems to come along, just at the precise time to fulfill that need.

As I count my blessings, a sense of comfort flows through my heart. I know that somewhere in the world, people are blessing me and giving thanks for my presence in their lives. My greatest comfort of all, however, is knowing that God is with me always. And because this is true, all is right in my world.
