Payment Methods and Payment Security

For product, event orders, and donations through our online store, we accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, and Discover debit and credit cards and PayPal. During checkout you will be prompted to enter your credit card number and expiration date.

Delivery of Products

Please allow 7-14 business days for delivery of items ordered through the Unity online store. We do not offer express delivery for products ordered online. To request special delivery instructions, please call or email our Customer Care Department at [email protected] or 816-251-3561.

Refund Policies

We want you to be fully satisfied with your purchases from Unity. Within 30 days of receipt of your order, you may return any item in the condition you received it for a full refund. If a return is needed due to our error, we will also refund shipping costs.

Please include the original packaging and packing slip with returned items. CDs should be returned in their original cases with seals and outer wrappings intact.

Questions About Calling Unity Prayer Ministry (Silent Unity)

How are prayer calls kept confidential?

Although Unity records some prayer calls, they are used strictly for training purposes and are stored securely, available to only a handful of authorized associates within the Unity Prayer Ministry. The training is to help assure that you will have a meaningful prayer experience when you call, connecting with prayer workers who listen deeply, pray fluidly, and follow up with skilled customer service. Each prayer associate has signed a confidentiality agreement to maintain the privacy of any caller’s information.

The BeUnity app allows users to:

  • Easily and quickly submit prayer requests to the Unity Prayer Ministry (Silent Unity®) and to request email responses for prayer submissions
  • Log on to read Daily Word messages (for digital subscribers)
  • View inspirational and meditative videos from Unity, with new videos added each month
  • Quickly access articles, meditations, and other spiritual content from Daily Word, Unity Magazine, and unity.org

Can I still use the former uPray and Daily Word apps?

The BeUnity web app replaces the former Daily Word and uPray apps.

Is the BeUnity app available from the app store for my device?

Because this app is web-based, the only way to access it is from this link: be.unity.org. Follow the instructions on your device for installing web pages on your home screen.

What if I don’t have a Daily Word subscription?

A Daily Word digital subscription is required to access the Daily Word area of the new BeUnity app. Please visit dailyword.com/subscribe for more information, or contact our Customer Care team at 816-251-3561 or [email protected] for assistance with your subscription or help logging on.
